Description: Role Description: We are seeking a dedicated and self-motivated New Car Sales Associate to join our sales team at our family-owned dealership. As a New Car Sales Associate, you will be responsible for building lasting relationships with customers, guiding them through the process of purchasing a new vehicle, and developing a personal brand within our store. Primary Responsibilities and Goals: * Assist customers in selecting the right new vehicle based on their needs and preferences. * Maintain extensive knowledge of the latest vehicle models, features, and financing options. * Build and maintain long-term client relationships through excellent customer service and follow-up. * Meet and exceed sales goals and targets. * Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve dealership objectives.
