Job Overview We are seeking a creative and experienced Kitchen & Bath Salesperson/Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of kitchen and bath functionality and aesthetics. This role involves collaborating with clients to create personalized kitchen and bath designs. You will also be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to sales growth. Responsibilities * Create innovative and functional kitchen layouts using design software. * Present design concepts, including materials, finishes, and color schemes, to clients. * Provide customers with estimates for projects * Placing orders for cabinetry as needed * Create designs using 2020 (Cyncly) software and Cad based drafting software * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the design process to ensure client satisfaction. * Have the ability to perform the sales closing process * Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies related to kitchen design. Experience * Proven experience in the kitchen/bath industry or closely related field is required. * Strong communication skills to effectively convey design ideas to clients. * 4+ years of sales experience in this industry * Advanced skills in all aspects of the 2020 Design software including 3D. * Degree in design field preferred * Verifiable sales track record Pay will include a base + commissions.
