Furniture & Mattress Discount King is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Associate for our Lancaster location! Basic Function: Strives to build long-term customer relationships that will lead to increased sales and profitability. Ability to help the customer through the selection process to achieve sales objectives, store standards and other duties to create a professional, pleasant experience! Duties: - Oversee daily store operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory - Train and supervise store staff, providing guidance and support as needed - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Maintain a clean and organized store environment - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner Skills: - Strong leadership abilities with excellent time management skills - Highly organized with attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries Compensation: Salary or commission (whichever is greater) paid weekly Bonuses paid weekly Monthly store performance bonus for achieved monthly goals Paid vacation after 1 year of employement Employee Discount Submit your resume today!
