Job Responsibilities: Sales consultants need to determine a customer's needs and wants by asking proper discovery questions. Have the ability to demonstrate product knowledge and suggest additional items that complete a sale. Follow the sales process for all presentations to ensure the customer is investing in the purchase of our product. This process includes: proper greeting, rapport building, wants and discovery, presentation and closing techniques. Accurately input all customer data, products, and special orders into the system efficiently. Ensure that all daily and weekly paperwork is accurate and complete. This includes verifying invoices, inventory, special orders, daily sales reports, and completing all bank deposits. Keeping your job space organized and clean on a daily basis. Maintaining positive customer relationships to ensure future sales.
