Texas Health School is looking for an individual with excellent verbal and written skills and an upbeat attitude. Candidate is expected to be energetic, persuasive and target driven. The individual should be able to multi task and should be willing to meet each challenge directly. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: * Handle all inbound inquiries and leads (phone, internet, email, etc.) related to educational programs being offered and set appointments to meet with an admissions team member. * Qualify inbound leads before setting up appointments. * Is punctual and is reliable in attendance * Respond promptly and professionally to all returned calls. * Follow up on all no show appointments to reschedule for another appointment * Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail. * Provide and maintain weekly activity of all appointments set, rescheduled, shows and no-shows. * D ocument all contacts, actions, and responses in the CRM Educational Requirement: * Associate of Applied Science in a related field - required * Bachelor of Science in a related field preferred. Experience: * Prior administrative experience required. * Customer service or a call center representative experience within Sales or admissions preferred. * Excellent computer skills, especially typing. * Attention to detail. * Multilingual preferred Work Schedule: Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 am - 7:00 pm.
