The Director of First Impressions will be responsible for the appearance of the office common areas. They will ensure the office is neat and prepared for business. They will need to have a relationship-based attitude as a result of the associate being the customer with an understanding that the agent associates will seek them because the associates like the individual and are swayed by enthusiasm. The Director of First Impressions is the first person everyone meets when they come into the office. They will greet everyone with a smile and warmth as they enter the office. They will be as helpful as possible without neglecting the phones. They will also assist in the management of the office by providing support and feedback to them on all matters affecting the productivity and operation of the office. Compensation: $35,000 per year Responsibilities: What will you do? These are the standards a well-above-average performer will maintain or exceed: * Answer phone properly with warmth and friendliness * Greet everyone with a smile--be positive and cheerful * Assist management team * Assist with scheduling appointments, maintaining the office calendar, etc. Essential duties and responsibilities (not limited to): * Receptionist Duties * Social Media Posts on private and public Facebook/Instagram pages * Assist with on boarding and off boarding real estate agents * Assist management team * Call and Confirm Appointments/Schedule Appointments A full list of expectations will be reviewed at interview Qualifications: * High school diploma * Proficient in Excel, Word, Publisher, PowerPoint * Knowledgeable in Facebook and Instagram * Communication skills * Organized * Learning-based * Love people * Knowledgeable and comfortable with technology * 2 years of prior office experience is preferred * Positive attitude * Great verbal and written communication skills * Neat, clean, professional appearance * Phone skills and experience * People skills and experience * Computer skills * Attention to detail is a must!!
