Role Overview: We are seeking a growth-focused, results-driven sales executive to spearhead our sales efforts. The ideal candidate is a technology sales professional with demonstrated success in selling managed security services and solutions to both SMB and enterprise clients. You will leverage your expertise, network, and lead generation capabilities to build long-term relationships, close high- value deals, and significantly contribute to our year-on-year expansion. Key Responsibilities: * Drive Revenue Growth: Identify, originate, and close new cybersecurity services opportunities. Manage the entire sales cycle--qualification, pursuit, and close--ensuring consistent attainment of revenue targets. * Strategic Prospecting: Utilize your existing network and develop targeted outreach strategies to uncover opportunities among organizations needing robust cybersecurity and compliance solutions. * Consultative Solution Selling: Apply a sales-type understanding of cybersecurity managed services--such as cloud security, threat and vulnerability management, compliance, and managed SOC services--to craft compelling value propositions for diverse customer challenges. We provide documentation and training on the services sold by CyberGlobal. * Relationship Management: Build trust and credibility with C-level executives, IT directors, and security stakeholders. Provide insights on industry trends, threat landscapes, and best practices to help clients understand the business value of our offerings. * Sales Process Excellence: Maintain a disciplined approach to pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and timely sales reporting. Negotiate and close opportunities, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term growth. * Market Insight & Thought Leadership: Stay current on emerging cybersecurity trends, evolving threat actors, compliance requirements, and competitive movements. Translate these insights into actionable strategies and market positioning. * Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal solution architects, marketing, and client success teams to ensure seamless onboarding, ongoing support, and a superior customer experience. Qualifications & Requirements: * Experience: * 3+ years of experience in selling cybersecurity or IT security services. * Proven track record of achieving or exceeding quotas * Demonstrated ability to navigate complex accounts and close high-value contracts. * Familiarity with areas such as Security Strategy & Transformation, Risk Management, Identity & Access Management, Data Protection, Cloud Security, Threat & Vulnerability Management, and Managed SOC services. * Education: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent (years relevant work experience is required). * Skills & Attributes: * Excellent consultative selling and negotiation skills. * Excellent communication (verbal and written), presentation, and interpersonal abilities. * Self-motivated, organized, and adept at prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points): * Experience selling into National Security or Public Sector accounts. * Familiarity with Challenger Sales methodology or similar frameworks. * Proven ability to articulate complex cybersecurity value propositions to executive-level stakeholders. * Industry certifications or advanced training in cybersecurity are a plus.
