Key Responsibilities: * Visiting apartment complexes to introduce and pitch DK Valet's premium Valet Trash service. * Building strong relationships with property managers and decision-makers. * Following up on leads and maintaining a consistent sales pipeline. * Representing DK Valet with integrity and professionalism to stand out from competitors. What We 're Looking For: * Proven experience in sales, preferably B2B or with multifamily complexes. * A strong work ethic and self-motivation to hit or exceed sales goals. * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. * The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive market. * A positive, can-do attitude and resilience in the face of challenges.
