Position Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Automotive Salesperson who is passionate about cars, especially Hondas and Toyotas. The ideal candidate will thrive in creating engaging content that showcases our dealership's offerings and helps drive sales growth. This is a unique opportunity to combine a love for cars with creative storytelling and salesmanship. Key Responsibilities: * Sell cars as an Automotive Salesperson * Develop and execute creative content strategies to promote Grace Auto Sales and Service across various platforms. * Create compelling videos, photos, and written content that highlight vehicle features, dealership services, and customer testimonials. * Engage with online audiences and respond to inquiries promptly. * Prospect customers using the CRM system and manage customer leads efficiently. * Make a substantial number of phone calls to potential and existing customers to build relationships and drive sales. * Send direct video messages to customers daily to enhance engagement and provide personalized service. * Assist customers in the sales process, providing exceptional service and guidance. * Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to brainstorm new content ideas and campaigns. * Stay informed about the latest trends in automotive content creation and sales techniques. * Uphold the dealership's high standards and community reputation in all content and interactions. Qualifications: * Strong passion for cars, particularly Honda and Toyota models. * Proven experience in content creation, preferably in the automotive industry. * Excellent communication and storytelling skills. * Energetic, enthusiastic, and sales-driven personality. * Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, growing dealership environment. * Familiarity with various social media platforms, content management systems, and CRM tools. * Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
