This job is fully COMMISSION-BASED. You will be paid based on your performance. We are looking for competitive, hard-working, and driven individuals who love the thrill of sales. We work with businesses that don't yet have a website and show them how our tools can unlock new revenue opportunities. What You 'll Do: As a Sales Development Representative at Launch, you'll play a vital role in growing our business and helping small businesses thrive. Your key responsibilities will include: * Cold Calling : Reach out to small businesses in Utah that don't have a website. * Sales Pitching : Present the value of our websites and automated systems that streamline lead capture and conversion. * Relationship Building : Guide prospects through our proven sales process to build trust and close deals. * Closing Deals : You will be attending sales meetings set by the SDR's and building value, explaining why our product will benefit their company, and closing them on our subscription.
