Job Summary: Our inside sales team drives Orion Wholesale to find new customers, retain current customers, and plays a crucial role in establishing relationships and marketing our products. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to the growth of our wholesale division. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the firearms industry, exceptional sales skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. You would be a great fit for our team if you like to combine superior listening and communication skills with an outgoing personality to build instant rapport and further our business initiative. Responsibilities: * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets * Identify and pursue new wholesale clients within the firearms industry. * Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients. * Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. * Stay up to date on the latest firearms products, industry regulations, and market trends * Inside sales - Minimum of sixty outbound calls a day to dealers * Office environment * Oversee and coordinate order processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. * Attend weekly sales meetings Qualifications: * Strong negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close deals effectively * Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. * Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
