THE PROJECT Legends will collaborate with Miami to develop a comprehensive sponsorship strategy and establish meaningful, integrated partnerships that connect brands and corporate partners with the Hurricanes' passionate fanbase. Legends will bring new partnerships to the university that will celebrate Miami's rich athletic traditions, its talented student-athletes, and the forward-thinking leadership and innovation of the athletics program. THE ROLE The Partnership Strategy and Solutions leader will be responsible for providing solutions and insights to prospective and existing University of Miami Corporate Partners. Responsibilities shall include but not limited to overall partnership strategy and analysis utilizing fan insights, sponsor valuation tools, CRM, platform development (concept ideation), and general partnership strategies. In addition, the role will be responsible for inventory management, rate card analysis and development, partner on boarding, partner summaries, department reporting and projections, and new business proposal development. Lastly the role shall also be responsible for managing and/or collaborating on key accounts as determined by the SVP, Partnerships. The Partnership Strategy and Solutions positions will report directly to the SVP, Partnership Sales with a dotted line to the Director of Partnership Activation and VP, Partnership Sales. ESSENTIAL DUTES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Proposal and Partner Recap development * Assist department sales and activation strategy and solutions using fan and industry insights and tools * Manage 3rd party sponsor valuation and inventory management relationships * Develop compelling "platforms" for existing and new partners * Manage Inventory, CRM and recommend pricing strategy for key inventories and initiatives * Maintain detailed department reports such as prospects and pipeline * Manage and/or collaborate on management of key sponsor accounts * Be willing to help in other areas of the business including activation and service * Expected to attend games, as well as other live events that may take place on holidays or weekends including support during road games. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously * Demonstrates experience in building proposals and working with Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint * Understanding of how major social platforms work (Facebook, X, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, Tik Tok, etc.) and the ability to use each platform's features effectively * Experience with social and digital analytics is preferred * Ability to work an irregular schedule including, evenings, weekends, and holidays * Be a digital multi-tasker and manage multiple design projects simultaneously * Be able to easily adapt to situational changes and tight deadlines * Resourceful, innovative and forward thinking * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills * Strong time management and organizational skills EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE * Bachelor's Degree * Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sponsorship Solutions COMPENSATION Competitive salary and bonus opportunities; Generous benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and 401k plan.
