Job Description: East Coast Filter, Inc is a wholesale distributor seeking an Industrial/Technical Territory Sales Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for working with existing accounts as well as developing new opportunities and growing our brand throughout New England. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment and have Technical Outside Sales and Customer Service experience, this job is for you. Responsibilities: * Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing and/or potential sales outlets and other trade factors Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses. * Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments. * Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports. * Learn customer trends and pain points to help improve process performance reduce labor and help our clients save money. * Open customer accounts by recording account information. * Maintain customer records by updating account information in our database(s). * Contributes to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. * Skills/Qualifications: * Technical Selling, Strong Technical Skills, Problem Solving, Customer Service, Meeting Sales Goals, Closing Skills, Account/Territory Management, Prospecting Skills, Negotiation, Self-Confidence, Product Knowledge, Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, Motivation for Sales.
