Job Description: We are in search of a passionate, experienced, and highly self-motivated Independent Sales Representative in the Commercial collection space to join our team at American Capital Recovery. As an Independent Sales Rep, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling from leads generated by digital advertising solutions across our unique media platforms. Key Responsibilities: * Prospecting and Lead Generation: Utilize your networking skills and industry knowledge to identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients within the Ranch Realtors in the TX and OK area. * Sales Presentations: Create engaging sales presentations that effectively showcase the value of American Capital Recovery. * Campaign Management: Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate the execution of advertising campaigns, ensuring seamless implementation, tracking performance metrics, and optimizing strategies for maximum impact and ROI. * Market Research and Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities for business growth. * Reporting and Goal Tracking: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline progress, client interactions, and provide regular reports and updates to management on sales performance and achievements. Qualifications: * Proven track record of success in sales. * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences. * Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets in a dynamic and competitive marketplace. * Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and nurture relationships with potential clients. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in reporting and data analysis. * Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
