THE ROLE Arcano is seeking a dynamic and creative Sales & Marketing Coordinator to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role bridges the gap between our sales and marketing teams, ensuring seamless execution of marketing campaigns, lead generation, and customer relationship management. As a key player in shaping Arcano 's online and offline presence in Miami, you will develop and implement innovative strategies that enhance our visibility, increase sales, and elevate the customer experience. From launching new menus to orchestrating VIP events and creating compelling behind-the-scenes content, no two days will be the same. Key Responsibilities: * Assisting in executing marketing strategies to amplify the presence of the Arcano brand * Writing attention-grabbing copy for various platforms, matching the brand's tone of voice, and engaging our audience * Coordinating marketing activities for the restaurant, staying ahead of marketing trends * Updating listings for events and online reservation platforms * Staying up to date with the latest trends, algorithms, and best practices for marketing platforms * Researching and coordinating influencers' reservations * Editing and creating video content * Live event coverage on-site when needed * Analyzing and reporting on the performance of marketing activities across all platforms * Planning and executing marketing strategies to achieve business objectives * Developing promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital content * Organizing events, trade shows, and product launches to showcase products or services * Stay ahead of hospitality and marketing trends, bringing fresh ideas to the table * Analyze market trends and industry insights to optimize marketing strategies What We 're Looking For: * Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills * Passion for marketing, hospitality, and creating memorable customer experiences * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment * A proactive mindset with a knack for storytelling and brand-building If you're ready to make an impact and grow with us, we'd love to hear from you!
