Position Overview We're seeking an enthusiastic Outbound Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role offers an exceptional opportunity to drive organizational growth while building a rewarding career in financial services. Key Responsibilities * Handle incoming calls from business owners seeking information about lending solutions. * Make outbound calls to leads provided by the marketing or sales team to generate interest in financial products. * Build rapport with callers by understanding their business needs and financial challenges. * Maintain a professional and empathetic tone to ensure a positive customer experience. * Ask targeted questions to assess a caller's eligibility for financial funding. * Transfer qualified leads to the sales or underwriting team for further processing. * Accurately log call details, customer information, and lead status in the company's CRM system. * Work closely with the sales, marketing, and underwriting teams to ensure smooth transitions and a seamless customer experience. Required Qualifications * Experience in sales or account management, preferably in the financial industry is preferred but not required * Goal orientated, a team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast paced work environment * A customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering excellent service and support to clients * Strong Organizational and time management skills * Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills to understand a client's financial needs and develop customized lending solutions * If you have used Salesforce in the past, great! But if you haven't, get ready to learn. * Knowledge of finance, accounting and lending principles preferred but not required. * We are looking for honest, self-motivated, competitive, hard-working, high energy, productive, fun-loving, team players.
