Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Manager in Training. As a Manager in Training, you will receive comprehensive training and support to prepare you for a leadership role within our organization. Responsibilities: - Assist with the day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management - Learn and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve sales targets - Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction - Train and supervise staff members, including conducting employee orientation and providing ongoing coaching and feedback - Manage shift schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels - Conduct interviews and assist with the hiring process - Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing guidance and support as needed - Maintain a clean and organized store environment - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner - Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when interacting with customers Requirements: - Previous experience in wireless sales or retail management is preferred - Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team - Bilingual proficiency is a plus - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to negotiate and sell products effectively - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in using computer systems and point-of-sale software If you are looking for an exciting opportunity to grow your career in the retail industry, we encourage you to apply for the Manager in Training position.
