We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Firearms Expert & Sales Associate to join our team and assist customers in making informed decisions about their firearm purchases. Job Description: As a Firearms Expert & Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in our pawn shop by providing expert advice on firearms, ensuring compliance with all regulations, and delivering outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for assisting customers with firearm inquiries, sales, and transactions, as well as maintaining our firearms inventory. Key Responsibilities: - Provide knowledgeable and professional advice to customers on firearm selection, usage, and safety. - Assist customers with firearm purchases, including completing all required paperwork and background checks. - Post firearms to online marketplaces and manage online sales. - Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local firearms regulations. - Maintain and organize the firearms inventory, including conducting regular audits. - Process pawn and sales transactions accurately and efficiently. - Educate customers on firearm safety and storage practices. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge. - Provide exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming and informative environment. - Assist with general sales and pawn shop duties as needed. Qualifications: - In-depth knowledge of firearms, including different types, brands, and their usage. - Previous experience in firearms sales or a related field is preferred. - Strong understanding of federal, state, and local firearms regulations. - Excellent customer service and communication skills. - Ability to handle firearms safely and responsibly. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. - Must be at least 21 years of age. - Valid background check and any necessary certifications.
