Mallory is now hiring a Customer Service Solutions Specialist to join our growing team! Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and organized Customer Service Solutions Specialist to provide high-level coordination and support for various service, inspection, and product-related activities. This role is essential in managing ongoing projects and maintaining seamless communication with top customer stakeholders, internal teams, and third-party vendors. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple processes while delivering outstanding customer service. This position will also provide occasional on-site support as needed. What We 're Looking For: * 2+ years in customer service, inside sales, or project coordination (experience with large corporate customers a plus) * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.) * Excellent organization and attention to detail * Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines * Self-starter who works well independently and as part of a team * Willingness to support on-site visits as needed * Comfort with spreadsheets, tracking data, and reporting * Experience in service order processing, purchase order management, or technical product support * Familiarity with calibration services, fall protection, or safety products Background in the safety and/or distribution industry * Hiring great people is the most important thing we do.
