Your role: In this role you'll be focused on creating SUPA experiences for new and existing customers (whether it's face to face, phone, email, or online chat) which results in SupaFans and closing deals with new + existing customers which results in revenue growth. Key responsibilities: * Being 'Supa' awesome for our customers and delighting them with every interaction * Quickly connect, develop rapport and build strong relationships with potential customers. * Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships * Maintaining existing relationships with customers, continuing to provide Supa experiences for them * Identify needs and requirements to promote our company's solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction. * Transitioning qualifying leads from potential customers to profitable relationships * Create new growth opportunities by using outbound calls, cold calling, networking events and other sources to generate new leads. * Present products to prospective customers * Negotiate agreements with potential customers * Timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives * Negotiating pricing and close agreements to maximize profits * Developing new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement * Meeting Sales KPI's, which may change from time to time. Communications * Positively communicate, consistently providing relevant and timely information to help people in their role. * Facilitate open and transparent communication channels so that information flows seamlessly between individuals, departments/teams, promoting coordination and co-operation * Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders Relationships * Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors Teamwork * Collaborate with relevant team to identify and grow opportunities within territory * Contribute to wider team in a positive and collaborate manner * Contribute positively to the Supacolor culture, demonstrating our values CRM, Reporting and analysis * Ensure all data is entered into HubSpot as per company guidelines in a timely and accurate manner * Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics * Forecast and track account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) Operational Excellence * Demonstrating operational excellence in all aspects of your role & in our SC competencies Your background, knowledge and skills: * Prior Account Executive Experience * Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, sales, or related field preferred * Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications as well as CRM software. * Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written * Ability to work at pace * Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office * Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs * Ability to juggle a few things at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail * Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
