Fairytale Photography Studio Possibly the Best Part Call Center Team Lead Job EVER!!! How 'bout we skip right ahead to the center of the tootsie-pop? Our small business is located in Houston, TX. We are biased -- but we are pretty sure we are the coolest place to work for, EVER - it's basically like DISNEYWORLD! Who doesn't love Disney?? Let 's get the business stuff out of the way first: Salary is $45,000/year. There are bonuses and commissions on top of that! You'll be bonused on your teams performance, the studio's performance as well as commission on your own bookings (and no cap on commission)! If you are a ROCKSTAR you'll get paid like one! The studio is located in the Galleria area, this is a hybrid position and time in the studio will be required. During training daily in studio days will be required. We know traffic can be a beast and punctuality is big for us. What is this job exactly? It is working with our appointment sales department where we chat with parents and grandparents of our tiny adorable clients and sell sessions to them and get them booked in for a MAGICAL photography experience! You must have at least 3 years of OUTBOUND call SALES experience and at least 1 year in leadership! Its important to us that the background is in sales and not just appointment setting. Now let 's talk about the cool stuff: 1. Our fully immersive children's studio is located in Houston, TX one of the most diverse cities in the nation. 2. The work is fun, fresh and dynamic. You will be working directly for our owner to help reach some awesome booking goals. 3. We aren't big on stress. So, while we will expect you to work efficiently and get things done, we focus on open communication and getting things done right the first time around. 4. This position is full time and in studio working side by side with our awesome studio manager, Raychel! 5. As the booking team lead you will be responsible for coaching the team members, pulling reports, and analyzing metrics as well as hitting your own personal booking metrics. Now, let's talk about the job requirements: 1. You need to be the type of person who gets joy out of getting things done and exceeding goals and targets. Every day, you will bang out a list of stuff. Fun stuff. Important stuff. Necessary stuff. Are you the kind of person that says "Organization is my LIFE!!!!'' Is your pantry organized alphabetically? We love people like this. 2. You will be on the computer a lot. So, an understanding of email, using a CRM, and other computer based applications will be necessary. 3. You will be on the phone and also reviewing calls in order to ensure the quality and standards of the booking department. 4. You need to be a person who loves to deliver remarkable MAGICAL experiences to other people. You know, you need to be someone who feels good by making other people feel good. 5. You also must love meeting goals and be super duper motivated to meet and EXCEED goals. This is really a sales job. Do you have a competitive spirit? Specifically with yourself?
