Duties * Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients through warm calling and outbound calling strategies. * Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and report on sales performance. * Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities for business growth. * Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process. * Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional strategies that resonate with target audiences. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Stay updated on industry developments, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings. Skills * Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology or software sectors. * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers. * Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing sales processes. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; proficiency in Spanish is a plus. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. * A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
