Job Title: Regional Sales Manager (Medical Device) Location/Remote: Los Angeles, CA Reports to: VP - Ortho Biologics Salary: $100,000 + Generous Commission Fast Start Bonus: Extra bonus if sales objectives met in Year 1 Benefits: Generous medical/dental/vision, PTO, 401k match, car allowance, internet reimbursement Requirements: * Sales Experience: 6+ years, ideally in Ortho-Aesthetics & Wound Care * Leadership: 3+ years managing sales teams or distributors * Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, regulatory requirements, and medical device products. * CRM & Tech: Salesforce + MS Office proficiency * Education: Bachelor's in Science, Business, or related field * Network: Existing book of business preferred * Travel Required: Within assigned region Key Responsibilities: * Develop New Business: Drive sales growth in assigned territory * Sales Strategy: Execute plans to exceed revenue targets * Distributor Management: Recruit, onboard, and support 1099 sales reps * Key Relationship Building: Engage with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers * Sales Tracking: Maintain records in Salesforce, ensure sales visibility Interview Process: * Zoom (1-2 rounds) - ASAP hiring Ref: #558-Scientific BSJoulé Inc.
