Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven District Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth within the assigned district. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales management, with a proven track record in direct and technical sales. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to analyze market trends to maximize opportunities. Responsibilities * Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve district sales targets and objectives. * Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company goals. * Drive B2B sales initiatives, focusing on lead generation and upselling opportunities. * Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and analyzing performance metrics. * Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team to enhance their skills in technology sales and direct sales techniques. * Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. * Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. * Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market analysis for senior management. Skills * Proven experience in sales management with a strong understanding of direct and technical sales processes. * Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer interactions and data analysis. * Strong B2B selling skills with a focus on lead generation and upselling techniques. * Excellent analytical skills to assess market conditions and make data-driven decisions. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective team leadership and client engagement. * Ability to motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
