Power Equipment Sales Professional Weingartz - Utica, MI What You'll Be Doing * Provide product knowledge and technical expertise to customers while assisting with selecting the right equipment for their needs. * Ability to understand our product's specifications, price, function, and how it compares to similar competing products. * Answers any questions the customer may have. Interactions happen in-store, on the phone, and via email and text. * Provide customers with financing options and processing for all responsible equipment. * Following up on quotes and past sales to maximize sales opportunities. * Tracking progress of customer opportunities through effective customer relationship management. What We'll Need from You * 2+ years in a similar sales position * Must be able to read and follow manufacture equipment manuals. * Proficient with standard desktop software * Careful attention to detail; careful attention to numbers * Basic math skills are required. * Expert-level training on all products sold in the store that they work in apart from compact construction equipment. * A minimum of 80% of assigned commercial customers must have all required activities completed annually. * Dedicated showroom floor time as assigned to provide coverage in showroom, sell walk-in customers, enhance displays, and perform all tasks of Retal Sales Associates.
