Senior E-Commerce Account Manager Cordelia Lighting Inc., a well-established designer and manufacturer of high- quality residential and commercial lighting products based in Rancho Dominguez, California, is seeking a Senior E-Commerce Accounting Manager. This position will focus on driving growth, optimizing account performance, and building strong relationships with major e-commerce partners. Job Responsibilities & Duties * HomeDepot.com & E-Commerce Management: * Lead strategic planning and daily management of HomeDepot.com accounts, optimizing sales performance and ensuring alignment with company goals. * Conduct in-depth analysis of content enrichment, sales data, product performance, advertising and promotional effectiveness by leveraging data from both internal and external reporting systems. * Identify and execute growth opportunities, incentive programs, and targeted promotions. * Inventory & Forecasting * Closely manage inventory, forecasting, and product availability, ensuring accurate alignment with customer demands and business objectives. * Collaborate with Logistics and Product Development teams for smooth product launches, inventory management, and timely order fulfillment. * Cross-Functional Collaboration: * Work proactively with internal departments (Accounting, Credit, Customer Service, Warehouse, Product Development, and Marketing) to resolve disputes, optimize financial processes, and enhance product listings. * Support Product Development and Marketing teams in onboarding new products suitable for both online and in-store channels. * Coordinate effectively with various internal stakeholders to maintain accurate customer account information, including CMAs and other contractual documentation. * Financial & Analytical Responsibilities: * Develop accurate sales forecasts and strategic budget plans. * Regularly perform data-driven evaluations, leveraging advanced Excel skills (vlookup functions, pivot tables, etc.). * Utilize insights from data analysis to continuously refine promotional strategies, content optimization, and marketing initiatives. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience. * 7+ years of direct experience managing major e-commerce accounts (e.g., Amazon, [please apply online] Wayfair, Lowe's, Build, Lamps Plus). * Home Depot.com management experience is highly preferred. * Expertise in Excel (lookup functions, pivot tables) and data analysis. * Understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO and A/B testing. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Experience in home and consumer products preferred. * Basic graphic design skills (Adobe Photoshop, Bridge) or willingness to learn is a plus. * Strong analytical skills, including copywriting and content optimization experience. * Familiarity with decorative and commercial lighting products is a plus.
