Job Overview :The Customer Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with our non-profit clients while ensuring their satisfaction and fostering business growth. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact between our clients and the community, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service and support. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively. Key Responsibilities: * Serve as the main contact for customer accounts, ensuring all customer needs and inquiries are met promptly and effectively. * Address client issues or concerns, working collaboratively with internal teams to find solutions quickly. * Identify opportunities for account growth, proactively pursuing additional business opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and donations * Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and resolve any customer concerns. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent work experience). * Some experience in account management, customer service, or sales in a customer facing industry preferred * Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal). * Excellent organizational and time management abilities. * Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. * Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously. * Client-focused with a dedication to providing high-quality service. * Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
