Job Description: As an entry level sales associate, your primary responsibility will be to engage potential clients at events and in the communities we serve. You will be expected to promote the services of Outback Deck, Inc. You will be conducting customer development, ensuring the opportunities align with our business objectives. Your role is crucial in helping us connect with prospective clients and drive growth for the company. Key Responsibilities: * Customer Development: As an entry level sales associate you will be the face of the company and in most instances you are the first interaction a homeowner has had with Outback Deck, Inc. * Officework: Planning sales territory. Restocking on Sales and Marketing collateral. In office meetings and trainings. * Canvassing Marketing: focus primarily on Door to Door appointment sales and Events. Along with preparation and reporting. Compensation Plan: * Base Salary: Competitive with opportunities for performance-based bonuses. * Personal Performance Bonus: Based on individual lead generation and appointment-setting achievements. KPIs and Success Metrics: * Achieve and maintain a target number of Estimates and Appointment Demo's. * Maintain a conversion rate of 25% or higher. * Ensure accurate input of all inquiries and set appointments into the database. Qualifications: * Experience: Energetic, confident, and outgoing with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle rejection professionally. * Appearance: Applicants must be well-groomed, clean-cut, and have exceptional communication skills to engage with neighbors near ODI job-site locations. * Requirements: Reliable transportation is essential. A clean criminal background and a drug-free status are mandatory.
