We are seeking a driven professional with natural sales instincts to join our team as a Sales Development Team Lead. This is an opportunity to lead a team of SDRs and help drive their success in addition to your own. Requirements: * 4+ years of experience in an SDR or BDR role selling SaaS to enterprise-level companies. * Prior experience in lead generation. * Previous leadership experience is an advantage. * Proven track record of success in prospecting for new business. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Strong presentation skills. * Motivation, drive, and a self-starting attitude. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment. * Ability to multitask, take initiative, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Responsibilities: * Prospect for new business through emails, LinkedIn, cold calls, and account development. * Lead a small, effective team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) on a daily basis. * Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications. * Identify qualified sales opportunities. * Conduct discovery sessions with clients and pass them on to the Sales Executive team. * Log opportunities in HubSpot and follow the sales process under the guidance of the Sales Executive team. * Build a pipeline of qualified opportunities. * Provide reports on SDR activity and lead status. * Develop a high level of competency and understanding of KMS Lighthouse products. * Build a network of accounts and customers via HubSpot, LinkedIn, and networking events. * Help coordinate events with partners and attend events a few times per year to generate leads.KMS Lighthouse, Inc
