As a Full Time Sales Trainee, you will be at the forefront of customer interactions, assisting people as well as families to find the best home internet, along with entertainment personalized services to their needs. Full Time Sales Trainee Responsibilities * Speak with potential customers to build relationship and present expert advice on products and services ensuring they are well-informed on the latest technology * Present and promote Frontier products and services and close sales by highlighting key features, and overturning objections * Provide exceptional customer service, answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and resolve concerns in a professional manner * Input customer data and information into company mobile device accurately and with secure steps to ensure customer confidentiality and compliance * Attend Full Time Sales Trainee meetings to enhance sales skills, product knowledge and network with fellow team members Full Time Sales Trainee Requirements * High school diploma or GED equivalent required, some college-coursework is a plus * No experience is required but any sales, customer service or experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in order to build relationships and effectively communicate with customers and Full Time Sales Trainee team * Handle objections and challenges with an open-mindset and willingness to learn * Strong work ethic and motivated to grow within the company * Team player with an eagerness to grow and learn leadership skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week Shift: * Day shift Work Location: In person
