Duties * Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. * Utilize effective communication skills to promote products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction. * Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when responding to customer inquiries or taking orders. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the overall customer experience. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns promptly and professionally. Experience * Previous experience in sales is not required. The ability to learn and exercise a structured sales presentation is. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this position. * A background in customer service will enhance your ability to meet client needs effectively. * Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. * Ability to climb and carry a small ladder (1st story only) and sales kit is needed. * Ability to operate A drone or learn to operate a drone is a must.
