We are looking for automotive sales consultants to join our dealership! The position offers medical, dental, and 401k benefits. Your duties will include handling of customers for selling vehicles, recording of tasks into a software system for customer management, and making sure every customer's needs are always taken care of! Automotive Sales Consultant Job Responsibilities: * Greet customers arriving at the dealership. * Educate customers on various makes and models in-house, including direct comparisons and visual demonstrations on the showroom floor * Assist customers with test drives and explain warranty information * Work with management to establish sales goals and measurables for performance related compensation * Attend staff meetings, trainings and keep up with product knowledge on a monthly basis * Be enthusiastic about our dealership and help drive sales through quality interaction. * Engage in online networking to increase sales traffic and enhance visibility. * Follow up with leads and prospective clients to develop relationships with prospective or repeat customers Automotive Sales Consultant Job Qualifications: * Money motivated, positive attitude, ability to work well with others, excellent phone and communication skills. * NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY, we will provide all training. * Must be a self-starter, have a passion for sales! * Must be a team player & motivated to succeed * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Professional demeanor and appearance * Flexible and able to adapt to business needs * Driven to close the sale * Valid Driver's License Here at Carl Hogan Toyota we strongly believe in promoting from within. 80% of our current sales management staff have all been promoted from sales consultant position.
