Summary We are seeking a motivated Junior Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing client accounts, fostering relationships with cleaning crews, and driving sales initiatives to support our mission of delivering top-notch janitorial services. Responsibilities * Manage and nurture client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention. * Conduct warm calls to prospective clients to generate additional service opportunities. * Analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their requirements. * Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while maintaining client relationships. * Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets. * Utilize proprietary software to track account activity and manage customer interactions. Requirements * Proven experience in account management or sales roles is highly desirable. * Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. * Familiarity with technical sales processes is a plus. * Ability to analyze data and trends to inform decision-making.
