Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge and strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and address their needs. The Account Executive will play a crucial role in business development by identifying new market opportunities, developing the skills for new client acquisition, and nurturing existing accounts. Duties * Negotiate in a face-to-face setting with prospective clients to generate leads and build relationships. * Meet with potential clients and prospects in various settings for follow ups. * Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience for prospective customers. * Utilize systems to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and maintain accurate records of account information. * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Coordinate follow up meetings with prospective customers. * Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients while maintaining profitability for the company. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on client needs and deliverables. * Develop strategies for account management that foster long-term partnerships and customer loyalty. * Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities. * Provide technical sales support as needed, demonstrating product features and benefits to potential clients. * Exhibit leadership qualities by mentoring junior sales staff and contributing to team goals. * Account Executives will be engaged in office tasks for 1st part of day and will be meeting with prospective clients for a majority of the day. * Products & services vary based on our various contracted clients needs. * Based on market and contracts, products & services range from price protection plans to telecommunication products, etc. Requirements * Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in a technical or business development role. * Strong skills in warm calling, negotiation, and relationship building with clients. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly. * Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. * Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. * A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts and new markets. * Leadership capabilities that inspire confidence in both clients and team members.
