Overview We are seeking a motivated Health Insurance Specialist to join our team. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for selling insurance policies to clients, providing excellent customer service, and analyzing insurance needs to ensure clients are adequately covered. Duties - Sell various types of insurance policies to individuals and businesses - Develop leads and establish new client relationships through outside sales efforts - Communicate effectively with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend suitable products - Conduct telemarketing activities to reach potential clients - Analyze clients' current insurance policies and suggest additions or changes - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and processing policy changes - Market insurance products to increase sales opportunities - Assist with benefits administration for group insurance plans Skills - Proven experience in sales, preferably in outside sales or retail sales - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues - Ability to conduct telemarketing activities to generate leads - Bilingual proficiency is a plus - Analytical skills to assess clients' insurance needs accurately - Excellent customer service skills to build rapport with clients and provide assistance - Knowledge of benefits administration is beneficial Join our team as a Health Insurance Specialist and embark on a rewarding career helping individuals and businesses protect what matters most.
