OUI Medical Inc. is seeking an experienced and driven Clinical Specialist to support our healthcare team by providing expert clinical knowledge, training, and operational support. This role is ideal for a licensed clinician with strong communication skills who enjoys both direct and indirect patient interaction, healthcare technology, and staff training. You will be a key liaison between clinical operations, patient care teams, and leadership to ensure quality care and compliance. Key Responsibilities * Provide clinical training to staff on medical equipment, protocols, and procedures * Support physicians and nurses in product implementation and best practices * Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to improve workflow and efficiency * Ensure patient safety and quality standards are maintained * Interpret clinical data and assist in case reviews or audits * Serve as the subject matter expert on company clinical processes * Monitor compliance with clinical protocols, regulations, and HIPAA standards * Provide on-site or virtual support for clinical operations as needed * Liaise with vendors and medical representatives when necessary * Assist with onboarding of new clinical team members Qualifications * Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA) license preferred * Bachelor's or Master's degree in a healthcare-related field * 2+ years of clinical experience required * Strong understanding of healthcare delivery systems and medical terminology * Experience with EMRs/EHRs and clinical documentation * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Analytical and problem-solving mindset * Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams * Strong organizational and time management abilities Benefits * Competitive salary with growth potential * Health, dental, and vision insurance * Paid time off (PTO) and holidays * Continuing education and certification support * Collaborative and innovative work environment * Opportunities to contribute to patient care innovation Job Type: Full-time Pay: $3,400.00 - $3,850.00 per month Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift Work Location: Hybrid remote in TX 75247, USA
