Our Honda of Muskogee dealership and our All Star CDJR dealership are expanding their sales team. We are looking for motivated individuals who are looking for a CAREER. High-energy, socially inclined people WILL SUCCEED! We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages, including commission- based earnings. Duties - Conduct outside sales activities to attract potential customers and generate leads - Assist customers in selecting the right car based on their needs and preferences - Provide information about car features, specifications, and pricing - Conduct test drives with customers to showcase the performance and features of different cars - Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to ensure customer satisfaction - Upsell additional products and services such as extended warranties, accessories, and maintenance packages - Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and inventory control - Collaborate with the finance department to secure financing options for customers - Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns Qualifications - Previous experience in retail sales or outbound sales is preferred - Strong negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales targets - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written -Spanish and English speaking is a HUGE PLUS! - Proficient in using sales software and CRM systems to track leads and manage customer information - Basic math skills for calculating pricing, discounts, and financing options Please note that a valid driver's license is required for this position.
