Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with potential clients and providing them with tailored solutions that meet their needs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of sales and have a passion for building relationships with customers. Responsibilities * Engage in inside sales activities, including presenting product features and benefits to potential clients. * Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services. * Answer questions and send follow-up information as needed * Collaborate with the business development team to identify new market opportunities and strategies. * Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Skills * Strong experience in customer service and sales techniques. * Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. * Proven ability to negotiate effectively and close deals successfully. * Strong business development acumen with a focus on relationship building. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
