Job Title: U.S. Sales Manager - Directional Drilling Location: Houston, TX Industry: Oil & Gas / Energy Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our U.S. Directional Drilling sales team. This is a key leadership position responsible for driving revenue growth, executing sales strategy, and mentoring a team of six regional sales representatives across the U.S. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in directional drilling services, proven team leadership capabilities, and a track record of securing new business in the oil and gas sector. Key Responsibilities: * Lead, coach, and support a team of 6 U.S.-based sales representatives * Develop and implement a national sales strategy to achieve growth targets * Identify and pursue new business opportunities across key regions * Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders * Analyze market trends and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly * Collaborate with internal departments (operations, marketing, engineering) to ensure alignment * Report on performance metrics, forecasts, and business development activity to senior leadership Qualifications: * Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in the oil & gas sector, preferably in directional drilling * Proven experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams * Strong understanding of U.S. drilling markets and key industry players * Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills * Based in or willing to relocate to Houston, TX * Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field preferred What We Offer: * High base salary + uncapped commission structure * Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k) * Company vehicle or car allowance * Opportunities for career advancement in a growing organization * A dynamic and supportive team environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $180,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift Experience: * Sales: 4 years (Required) * Directional Drilling: 4 years (Required) Ability to Commute: * Houston, TX 77079 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Houston, TX 77079: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
