Position Type: Independent Contractor (1099), 100% Commission-Based. No hourly wage, salary, or guaranteed pay is offered. Job Location: Fresno, Compensation: This is a 100% commission-based independent contractor position. Enjoy a competitive commission structure and the potential to earn a good income based on your individual sales performance and your teams sales performance. You can make up to $3000 a week if not more based on performance. Job Location: Fresno and surrounding low-income cities where our business would thrive What we do We specialize in providing free phones and tablets to low income qualified individuals. This is a great fit for someone that has experience building teams, training agents, finding new locations to operate in and has an ambition and drive to back it up. You will have to be a people person who can motivate agents to reach their full potential and lead by example. As a Territory Manager you have to think quick on your feet and outside the box. You are in charge of your own success! Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing sales activities within a designated territory, driving business growth, and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and territory management. Responsibilities * Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory. * Recruit, onboard and train new agents * Identify new low income locations to setup * Pick up, distribute, and manage inventory * Utilize various systems for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on performance metrics. * Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Requirements * Proven experience in sales, preferably in a territory management role. * Strong skills in account management and business development. * Ability to conduct effective inside sales and direct sales activities. * Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with team members. * Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
