About The Opportunity Rotational program, with the opportunity to work in multiple functions of Menasha Packaging Company that educates and develops future leaders in a designated function. * Works directly with a mentor developing hands-on and technical experience in designated function throughout rotation * Supports assigned function's team in a variety of activities to include business projects, data analysis, key performance indicator tracking, system compliance * Collaborates with cross-functional leaders to develop and execute business initiatives to drive operational excellence and/or customer satisfaction * Maintains industry, professional and technical knowledge by networking, attending industry events, and reviewing professional publications Education & Experience * Bachelor's degree required * Robust internship experience required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities * Ability to carry out tasks effectively and efficiently in support of function's team * Knowledge of and ability to use office support tools available at the desktop (e.g., word processing, e-mail, presentation software and spreadsheets) * Knowledge of and ability to manage the responsibilities, accountabilities, and organization of the function or department Physical Requirements & Work Environment * Primarily works in an office setting with time also spent in a production and/or warehouse setting * Occasional travel required Two companies, one vision.
