Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong business development skills and have a passion for technology sales. This position requires a proactive approach to account management and the ability to negotiate effectively in various sales environments. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth. * Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand industry trends. * Engage in direct sales activities, including outside sales and territory management, to achieve sales targets. * Utilize software tools for tracking sales activities, managing accounts, and reporting on performance metrics. * Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. * Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance product visibility and attract new clients. * Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients, ensuring they are informed about the latest offerings. * Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote products effectively. Requirements * Proven experience in retail sales, outside sales, or territory sales is preferred. * Strong business development skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. * Familiarity with account management principles and practices is essential. * Experience in technical or technology sales is a plus but not required. * Proficient in using software tools related to sales tracking and customer relationship management (CRM). * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients at all levels. * A self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work independently as well as part of a team.
