Spectris Staffing LLC is now seeking a Customer Service Representative for a Warehouse located in Pasadena Tx. Please submit resume! Pay: $48K-$50K Salary Zip Code: 77503 Shift: Monday-Friday 8am -5pm Job Description Maintain a well-groomed, professional appearance. Maintain a neat and organized workspace. Answering multiple incoming telephone lines in a polite, professional, and respectful manner. Respond to incoming customer and vendor inquiries and contact customers/vendors as needed. Provide customers with price quotes and process/ manage customer sales and purchase orders. Ensures that the relationships the company has with existing and potential new customers/vendors are developed and maintained by anticipating their needs, resolving concerns and complaints. Maintain an accurate and up to date customer master file in company ERP system. Ensure that all customer price quotes are followed up on. If price quotes are not converted into Sales Orders, we need to understand why to prevent further lost opportunities. Ensures that the company maximizes sales opportunities with existing customers by having an in-depth knowledge of the products each customer uses. Ensure that the policies and procedures of the company are carried out in a manner consistent with the goals and objectives as set forth by upper management. Maintain open communication with teammates to ensure that all related information flows both horizontally and vertically throughout the company to ensure that goals and objectives are achieved. Settles all customer/vendor complaints at this level and seeks guidance from the Customer Service Manager, as required. Cross train with other teammates to provide backup as needed.
