Description: As a Business Development Associate for our rapidly expanding dermatology group, you will play a key role in driving strategic growth across multiple clinic locations. This includes developing referral pipelines, identifying acquisition or partnership opportunities, brand recognition for potential team members and patients and supporting location-specific marketing efforts to increase patient volume and revenue. Core Responsibilities * Growth Strategy Execution: Collaborate with leadership to implement growth initiatives across new and existing markets. * Referral Network Expansion: Build and manage strong relationships with PCPs, plastic surgeons and other local providers to drive consistent patient referrals. * Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Evaluate new markets for expansion; identify competitor positioning, local demographics, and patient trends. * Location Launch Support: Assist with opening new clinics--site selection support, community outreach, staffing and initial marketing strategy. * Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs (new patients, conversion rates, revenue per visit), and provide actionable insights for each location. * Marketing & Outreach: Partner with the marketing team to deploy location-based campaigns, host events, and develop co-branded partnerships with local businesses. * Assist with recruitment of Physicians * Provider Relations: Collaborate with dermatologists and physician assistants to ensure alignment on growth initiatives and referral management. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Admin, Marketing, or related field. * 2+ years in healthcare business development, preferably in dermatology, aesthetics, or multisite practices. * Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills. * Ability to travel between clinic locations as needed. * CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent). * High energy, self-starter, thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
