Full description of the position

Account Manager Generate and follow up on leads, cold-call and build relationships with industry leading property management firms. Primary responsibilities * Learn and help refine the existing sales process. * Work closely in a team setting to ensure billing/invoicing and service is appropriately completed. * Participate in weekly sales team meetings. * Process sales data and progress reports. * Compose sales reports. * Follow up on sales leads. * Handle orders, complaints, and other inquiries. * Perform data entry when orders are completed or changed. * Answer questions about product or warranties. * Maintain client database. * Ensure all client information is correct. * Proposal creation. Including the ability to make power point presentations. * Customer visits and cold calling activities. * Communicate to internal and external clients and colleagues with a high level of professionalism and positivity. * Organize events, conferences, and other meetings. * Snow Dispatcher/Route Leader (seasonal). * Work on special projects and tasks as assigned. Skill Requirements * BS degree preferred, work experience or exposure to sales and project management. * Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. * Excellent organizational and planning skills. * Self-motivated, adaptable to a dynamic environment. * Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional team members. * Strong analytical and communication skills. * Attention to detail and willingness to roll-up sleeves to get the job done. * Proficiency in Google spreadsheets. * Strong oral and written communication skills.
