Full description of the position

Boundless is looking for a savvy promotional product professional for a full- time role. This Account Executive role will be part of a stable and growing team which utilizes technology to streamline many of the infrastructure requirements to support a rapidly expanding promotional sales team. The ideal candidate will have a desire to learn, a positive attitude, and be able to function in a fast-paced environment. This role will report to the Account Director. Essential Functions * Work with Account Director to gather project details * Assist with developing quotes and proposals for team * Enter and manage orders * Collaborate with vendors to produce virtual specs and solve any order challenges * Provide and manage ongoing reports * Assess client needs and identify products and solutions * Effectively collaborate with Account Team, internal teams and departments, and suppliers on a regular basis to ensure smooth order coordination and fulfillment * Review orders, verify details, facilitate order proofing, track statuses, and ensure orders are shipped and arrive as scheduled * Answer general questions, resolve issues, and ensure accurate client billing * Support office administration including kitting and shipping product as needed * Manage client online store by updating product images, description. Manage more technical tasks with internal Tech team * Assist with approvals for invoicing and addressing delinquent payments * Maintain industry and product knowledge by attending trade shows as requested by Managing Director * Provide effective administrative support as needed by the Account Director * Light business travel may be required Job Specifications * Relevant promotional product industry experience * Creative, natural problem solver, with strong analytical skills * Team-player and strong communicator, with proven ability to effectively collaborate with Vendor Base * Self-motivated to meet project deadlines * Demonstrated ability to prioritize and make independent judgments * Quick learner with proven ability to learn new applications * Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (incl.
