Position: Sales Manager Location: Louisville, KY Reports to: Senior Leadership Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage a team of 10-15 individuals, collaborating with other sales managers within the division. * Oversee and ensure the success and sales in throughout the division, meeting set targets and contributing to overall division performance. * Drive growth by promoting accountability and adherence to best practices within the team. * Ensure that sales goals are consistently met, while fostering continuous improvement in team performance. * Provide ongoing development and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and effectiveness. Qualifications: * Proven experience (2+ years) in sales management, particularly in the construction sector. * Strong ability to develop and hold teams accountable to high standards of performance. * Experience in managing a team of 10-15 people is required. * Track record of success in driving growth and achieving sales targets. Job Requirements: * Ability to travel between division offices and other locations as necessary. * Availability for weekend on-call duties when required. Compensation: * Base Salary: $100,000-$130,000 * Performance-Based Bonus: Up to 50% (individual, team, and division performance-driven; potential to exceed target). * Profit sharing opportunities. * Mileage reimbursement for travel-related expenses. * Relocation assistance available if needed.
