Job Title: Associate Account Executive Manager: Operations Manager Compensation: Base Salary, Car Allowance Incentive Pay: Uncapped Commissions, Reimbursed Tolls, Company Cell Phone, Computer, and Credit Card, & President's Club Benefits: Full Medical, Vision, Dental, Life, STD, LTD, & PTO + PTO on your birthday, Parental Leave, Monthly Friday Flex-Day Location: Dallas, TX Compensation: 1st year expected comp = $65,000 + Overview: We are hiring an AAE to join our expanding company which specializes in temporary construction staffing. As an AAE you will spend 75% of your time learning from the Account Executives how to recruit, place, and manage highly efficient teams for your projects. The other 25% of your time will be spent in the field building upon your relationships with the clients and ensuring you have the right personnel in the right positions. Responsibilities: * Recruiting experienced general and skilled personnel to join our teams * Assisting in morning check-ins/handoffs at clients' location sites * Conducting phone and in-person interviews with candidates * Managing the onboarding process of new employees * Maintaining up to date job boards of available candidates * Coaching, mentoring, and training of new employees * Assist the Account Executives in managing highly effective teams for our clients' * Build upon and maintain client relationships * Attend lunches, networking events, and social outings * Develop strategic personnel and problem-solving solutions * Communicate expectations between all stakeholders Qualifications: * Bilingual in Spanish * Must be outgoing, personable and a team player * Strong communication and time management skills * Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook Radley is an equal opportunity employer Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Parental leave * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: * Commission pay Language: * Spanish (Required) Work Location: In person
