Job Title: Design Consultant Sales (Full-Time/Part-Time) Location: Pittsburgh, PA Company: Molyneaux Home About Us: Molyneaux Home is revolutionizing the way customers beautify their homes! As Pittsburgh's #1 flooring brand for three generations, we've expanded our services to include Custom Cabinet Restyling, Cabinet Painting, Countertops, Tub-to-Shower Conversions, and Interior Painting. We're now looking for passionate and driven Design Consultants to join our growing team as we continue to enhance homes throughout the region. Position Overview: As a Design Consultant (DC), you'll start as a Transitional Design Consultant (TDC) for 3-6 months, transitioning into a full DC role. You'll be part of one of the following teams: * Pittsburgh Southwest Team (South Hills & Robinson) * Pittsburgh North Team (McKnight & Cranberry) * Pittsburgh East Team (Oakmont, Plum & Greensburg) We are hiring full-time or part-time for all three regions. This role is ideal for candidates with previous experience in in-home sales, design, and real estate and those who thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and are excited to join a company with a reputation for quality and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct in-home consultations with clients, showcasing our products and services. * Measure spaces, offer tailored design solutions, and provide on-the-spot pricing. * Manage leads and build a growing sales pipeline through inbound and outbound efforts. * Work flexible hours, including some Saturdays, with an emphasis on delivering exceptional customer service. * Participate in showroom coverage as needed and collaborate with your team to drive sales.
