Responsibilities of Inside Sales Representative - Industrial Products include, but are not limited to: * Responding to customer inquiries regarding company products and services * Processing customer orders * Checking availability of stock and shipping dates * Quoting prices, filling orders to customer specifications and processing sales data via computer * Assisting the outside sales team by preparing prices and sourcing products Qualifications of the Inside Sales Representative - Industrial Products include, but are not limited to: * Inside Sales and Communication Skills * Relationship Building and Customer Service Skills * Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM software * Bachelor's Degree preferred * Data entry skills, organization and time management skills, the ability to multi-task and customer focus is required * Previous experience with industrial filtration or a related field is a plus Physical Demand: Lift less than 30lbs Working Conditions: Office and Warehouse Normal in-person business hours Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Paid holidays, vacation and sick 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,614.00 - $64,931.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Shift: * Day shift Supplemental Pay: * Commission pay Ability to Commute: * Blue Ash, OH 45242 (Required) Work Location: In person
